Ingredients

 
3 green onions and tops
 
3 slices boiled ham
 
Few sprigs of parsley
 
6 hard-boiled eggs
 
1/4c. melted butter
 
1 tsp. A-1 sauce
 
1 tsp. prepared mustard
 
3 c. rich white sauce
 
1 c. grated cheese

Directions

Grind green onions, ham and parsley together.
Cut eggs lengthwise; remove yolks.
Grate egg yolks; add butter, A-1 sauce, mustard and ham mixture.
Spoon into egg whites; arrange in greased baking dish.
Pour white sauce over eggs; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
