Supper In A Dish Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 1 Pound, browned | |
| Raw potatoes - 1 1/2 cups, sliced | ||
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green peppers | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cream of chicken, or mushroom, soup - 10 3/4 -oz. can | ||
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sharp cheese - 2/3 cup, grated | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In slow cooker layer ground beef, potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, celery, green peppers, salt, and pepper.
2) Mix soup and milk.
3) Pour the mixture over layered ingredients.
4) Sprinkle cheese over it.
5) Cook covered on low for 4 hours.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
