Supper Ham Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cooked ham | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Cooked and cubed chicken | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Seedless green grapes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| 1 small cucumber, quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced | ||
| 4 radishes, trimmed and sliced | ||
| 1/4 cup imitation mayonnaise | ||
| Plain yogurt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 head romaine | ||
Directions
1. Combine ham, chicken, grapes, cucumber and radishes lightly in a large bowl.
2. Blend mayonnaise and yogurt in a cup; fold into ham mixture; chill at least an hour to season.
3. Just before serving, line a salad bowl with romaine leaves; shred remaining into bottom. Spoon ham mixture into center.
