 Braunschweiger8 Ounce

 Grated american cheese1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Drained sweet pickle relish1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Assorted cold cuts10 Ounce
 Baked ground ham8 Ounce
 Chopped celery1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped pecans1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Grated onion1 Teaspoon
 Prepared horseradish1 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Cream cheese24 Ounce
 Milk1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Green food coloring1 Teaspoon
 Pimento square100 Gram
 Stuffed green olives100 Gram
 Green pepper strip1 Tablespoon
 Sweet pickle relish1 Tablespoon

Directions

"Trim crusts from bread; cut loaf lengthwise into 4 slices.
Spread butter on one side of bottom and top slices; spread both sides of remaining slices with butter.
Combine braunschweiger, ripe olives and 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
Spread on buttered side of bottom bread slice.
Combine grated cheese, pickle relish and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
Spread on second slice of bread; top with cold cuts.
Combine ham, celery and pecans.
Mix onion, horseradish and 1/2 cup mayonnaise together; add to ham mixture.
Spread on third slice.
Assemble slices in order, topping with fourth slice of bread, buttered side down.
Wrap in waxed paper; place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Add salt to cream cheese; soften with milk, mixing well.
Place sandwich loaf on serving plate.
Frost with softened cream cheese mixture, reserving 3/4 cup for garnish.
Add desired amount of green food coloring to reserved cream cheese mixture, blending well.
Garnish loaf with reserved cream cheese mixture, pimento squares, sliced green olives, green pepper strips and pickle relish.
Chill well before serving.
