MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together sugar, buttermilk, soda, and salt.
2) Allow to boil, while stirring.
3) Cook for about 7 minutes, till the mix reaches the soft-ball stage.
4) Add in the nuts and beat till thickened.
5) Pour onto waxed paper.
6) Cut into squares.
