| Chopped chives | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked ham slice | 8 | |
| Salami slice | 8 | |
| Pimiento slice | 8 | |
| Summer sausage slice | 8 | |
| Torn romaine lettuce/Torn iceberg lettuce | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, chopped and drained | |
| Sliced pimiento stuffed olives | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Commercial italian salad dressing | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Cut bread loaves into quarters crosswise; split each quarter horizontally.
Set bread aside.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chives; stir well.
Spread about 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture on inside cut surface of each piece of bread.
Fold the meat slices in half; arrange 1 folded slice of each type of meat on bread bottoms; set aside.
Combine lettuce, tomato, olives, and Italian dressing; toss gently.
Spoon salad mixture over meat slices; cover with bread tops.
Set bread aside.
