Using a sharp-pointed knife, cut out alternate slices, leaving 1/4 inch of the crust at bottom.
Blend butter and cheese; mix in the dry mustard, ketchup, onion, parsley, and horseradish.
Place loaf on a large piece of aluminum foil or a baking sheet.
Spread cheese mixture generously over the surface of each cutout section.
Arrange vertically in each cavity: 1 slice of salami, folded in half, 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, 1 slice of pickle, 1 green pepper ring, and 1 slice of ham, folded in thirds.
Set loaf in a 400Â°F oven and heat about 10 minutes, or until cheese mixture begins to melt.
With a sharp knife divide slices in half, cutting through bottom crust to separate.
