Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400 F.
2. Wash the portabella mushrooms and remove the stem.

MAKING
3. In a baking sheet, arrange the mushrooms and brush the with extra virgin olive oil.
4. Bake the mushrooms for about 7 minutes.
5. Remove the mushrooms from the oven and spread with tomato sauce on top.
6. Sprinkle with grated with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
7. Sprinkle pasta seasoning on top and heat in the oven until the cheese starts to melt.

FINALIZING
For the salad
8. In a bowl, put all the ingredients and toss well together.

SERVING
9. Serve the Portabella pizza with salad and garlic bread.

When looking for recipes, I usually don't expect crude humor that I have to mute so my children won't hear it. The reipe itself looks pretty good and simple, but the rest was unnecessary.
