Super Fruit Fritters Recipe
Crispy and tasty this Super Fruit Fritters are great companions to a meal or for a tea. Serve them hot with a sauce of your choice and delight in the every bite!
Ingredients
1/2-cup plain flour
pinch salt
1/2-cup channa flour
11/2-tspns. baking powder
2 dssrtspns. sugar
Directions
Mix flours, salt and sugar and mix with water to a dropping consistency.
Leave for 1 hour.
Chop up 2 bananas (or 1 large cooking apple, or a similar quantity of pineapple) just before the mixture is ready to bake.
Stir into the batter.
Add the baking powder at the last mo- ment.
Fry in deep, hot oil, browning evenly on both sides.
Other fruits may also be used.
