Super Carrot-Raisin Salad Recipe

Directions
Add raisins and mix.
Mix mayonnaise, honey and vinegar.
Thoroughly add cinnamon to the mayonnaise and mix.
Pour over carrots and toss.
Let marinate at least 2 hours or longer if possible before serving.
This makes a large salad for a gathering.
It can be divided for a smaller salad.
Will keep good for 1 week.
