Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F(162 degrees C).
Place chicken wings in a bowl.
Add cayenne and salt to the bowl.
Mix them.
Place the chicken on a rack/broil pan.
Cover chicken with a plastic.
Place the rack/broil pan in the oven and bake for an hour.
Put the baked chicken in a bowl.
Add splash of white vinegar over wings.
Toss them.
Serve with your favorite sauce/dip.
