Super Steak Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 2 , chopped | |
| 4 small lean rump steaks | ||
| Pineapple rings | 4 , drained | |
| 8 thick slices wholemeal bread, toasted | ||
| Cheddar Cheese slice | 4 | |
| Tomato Slices | 8 | |
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
| Tomato or barbecue sauce | ||
Directions
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat, add onions and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes or until onions are soft. Push onions to side of pan, add steaks and pineapple rings and cook for 2 minutes each side or until steak is cooked to your liking.
2. Top 4 slices of toast each with a slice of cheese, 2 slices tomato, a lettuce leaf, a steak, some onions, a pineapple ring, a spoonful of tomato or barbecue sauce and remaining toast slices.
