Super Speedy Chicken On Angel Hair Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| Angel hair pasta package | 1 | |
| 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (12 ounces) | ||
| Baby carrots | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Broccoli florets | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules | ||
| 1 jar (28 ounces) chunky-style pasta sauce | ||
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
Cut carrots in half lengthwise.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes.
Stir in carrots, broccoli, water and chicken bouillon.
Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Bring pasta sauce to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat.
Place pasta on plates; top with hot pasta sauce and chicken mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
