Super Shakey Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pineapple, about 225 g (7 1/2 oz) | ||

Directions
Juice the pineapple, parsnip and carrot.
Whizz in a blender with the soya milk and a couple of ice cubes.
Decorate with pineapple wedges, if liked.
