Super Healthy Nut Butter Balls Recipe
This is a great healthy protein snack to bring along with you. Especially, if you are in a rush , between errands or running out for an activity during the week with your kids. This is a quick recipe that you can whip up with your kids as well...so easy and delicious!! While you are at it, make sure to double the recipe...they freeze well.

Ingredients
| Nut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup liquid honey | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rolled oats | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Wheat germ | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Add dried apricots, cherries, cranberries, raisins (to taste, dehydrated is best) | ||
Directions
1.Heat oven at 350 degrees.
2.In a bowl mix nut butter, honey, oil together.
3.Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4.Press into a lasagna dish, making sure it is evenly distributed.
5.Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden.
6.Let cool completely.They will harden at this point.
7.You may choose to cut these into bars or make balls with it.
