Super Beef Casserole Recipe

 Flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 pound beef top round steak, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
 Bouillon1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Onion1 Small, thinly sliced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Add meat to flour, coat evenly

Directions

Combine meat, bouillon, tomato paste, onion, salt and pepper in 2-quart casserole.
Stir until tomato paste is mixed with broth.
Cover.
Microwave 5 minutes on high.
Reduce setting.
Microwave 25 minutes on medium, or until meat is fork tender, stirring after 15 minutes
