Directions

GETTING READY
1) Heat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) Sift the cocoa twice, with 1 cup sugar.
3) Sift the flour thrice, with the remaining sugar.
4) In a bowl, add the egg whites and beat till foamy.
5) Add in the salt and cream of tartar.
6) Beat till whites form peaks.
7) Fold the egg whites into the cocoa mix.
8) Fold in the flour mix and blend in the vanilla.
9) Pour into an ungreased tube pan.
10) Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
11) Invert and cool.

SERVING
12) Frost as desired and serve.
