Directions

Remove skin from fillets.
Combine orange juice, salt, and lemon-pepper seasoning.
Dip fillets in juice mixture, and dredge in breadcrumbs.
Place fillets in a lightly greased 12- x 8- x 2-inch baking dish with thicker portions to outside (thinner portions may overlap if necessary); dot fish with butter.
Microwave at HIGH, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes, turning dish after 4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serve Orange Sauce over fish.
