Directions
1. In a cup, combine melted butter or margarine and lemon juice.
2. In a separate bowl, combine lemon peel, cheese and paprika.
MAKING
3. In a 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, arrange potato slices at the bottom.
4. Brush cut surfaces of potatoes with lemon-butter mixture.
5. Sprinkle cheese mixture over potatoes.
6. Cover dish with plastic wrap.
7. Raise shelf.
8. Cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes.
9. Remove cover.
10. Brown 5 to 6 minutes.
SERVING
11. Serve with lemon wedges.
