 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rolled oats2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prunes6 , pitted
 Cinnamon - a dash
 Sunflower seeds1 Tablespoon, toasted
 Honey1 Teaspoon
 Orange juice - to serve, freshly squeezed

Directions

MAKING
1. In a sauecpan, bring water to a boil, mix in oats, prunes and cinnamon and simmer for five minutes till oatmeal is thick
2. Add sunflower seeds and honey

SERVING
3. Serve with fresh orange juice
