Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel carrot and slice them.
2. Peel squash, cut into half to remove seeds; cut into large pieces.

MAKING
3. In a non-stick pan, place the carrots.
4. Add chunks of squash to the pan.
5. Stir in cherry beverage and cinnamon.
6. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until carrots are soft and the liquids have evaporated.
7. Adjust seasoning to taste.

SERVING
8. Serve Sunshine Duo with roasted chicken.
