Ingredients

 Ripe banana1 , mashed
 1/2 c. low calorie margarine, softened
 Egg Beaters3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Crushed pineapple1/2 Cup (16 tbs), undrained
 1 apple, peeled & chopped fine
 1 c. unsweetened apple juice
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Unbleached flour3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Soda1 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon
 Dates1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Pecans and walnuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Directions

Blend mashed banana and margarine together.
Add other liquid ingredients and mix well.
In separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Then add dry ingredients slowly to liquid while mixing at a low speed on the electric mixer.
Lastly, add dates and nuts.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 min
Cake is done when a knife or toothpick inserted comes out clean.
