Sunny Summer Squash Recipe

Ingredients
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie stick margarine | ||
| Yellow squash | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine green onions and margarine in a 2 quart casserole.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 4 minutes or until squash is crisp-tender, stirring after 2 minutes.
Cover and microwave at HIGH 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
