Sunflower Seed Millet Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 c. cooked millet | ||
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 3 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sunflower seeds | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 c. whole-wheat bread crumbs | ||
| Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 1/2 c. powdered milk or powdered whey | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°.
2) In a bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly.
MAKING
3) Use an oiled loaf pan to pour the mixture.
4) Place inside oven and bake for an hour or so.
SERVING
5) Serve the loaf with any side dish of your choice.
