|Sunflower seeds||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Raw sunflower seeds soaked overnight and drained)|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|

|Basil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Sundried tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Soy sauce||1 Dash|

1. Preheat oven to 250 degree F.
2. In a food processor add in all the ingredients and blend it till dough like consistency is reached.
3. On a cookie sheet spread the mixture and let the dry out for a couple of hours in over or till it reaches the consistency of ground beef.
4. Serve as a filling for wraps or sandwiches.
