Editors Review

When changing your diet, especially to raw or high raw, diet one of the few foods you end up missing and craving is bread and that can be such a struggle. This recipe makes that soft bread that is really reminiscent of a grain slice of bread. This recipe is so simple, you need such few ingredients and you do need a dehydrator and a blender but this is one of those foods that will help in the success and longevity of your new way of eating when you are transitioning away from processed food.
