Ingredients

| Nuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped (Crust:) | |
| 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut into 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| Vanilla Ice Cream | 1 Quart (Crust:) | |
| 1/2 cup chocolate fudge topping | ||
| Dry roasted peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Crust:) | |
| Whipped topping | 2 Cup (16 tbs), prepared (Crust:) | |
Directions
In medium mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and nuts.
Cut in butter at low speed of electric mixer to form coarse crumbs.
Press mixture firmly against bottom of 9-inch square baking dish.
Place dish on saucer in microwave oven.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 6 to 8 minutes, or until crust appears dry and firm, rotating dish once.
Cool completely.
Remove cover from ice cream.
Place container in microwave oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until softened.
Spread ice cream over crust.
Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.
Place fudge topping in 1-cup measure.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until warm.
Pour topping evenly over ice cream.
Sprinkle with peanuts.
Pipe or spread whipped topping over peanuts.
Cover with foil.
Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
