Sunburst Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1 Small Pkg. Each Lemon and Orange Jello
1 No. 2 Can Crushed Pineapple
3 Bananas
1 Small Pkg. Miniature Marshmallows
3 Eggs, beaten
1 Cup Sugar 5 Tbs. Flour
2 Cups Pineapple Juice
2 Pkgs. Dream Whip
1 Cup Cold Milk
16 Oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Cup Grated American Cheese
Directions
Drain pineapple well.
Save juice for second layer.
Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add 2 3/4 cups cold water.
Add drained pineapple, let partially set in large pyrex pan, 13" x 9" x 2".
Add sliced bananas.
Add marshmallows and push down into jello.
Mix together sugar and flour, then add eggs.
Stir in 2 cups pineapple juice.
Put into a saucepan and cook slowly until thick.
Cool, add to first layer, spreading evenly.
Beat well the Dream Whip and milk.
Add cream cheese; continue beating until smooth.
Spread over second layer.
Top with grated American cheese.
