Sun Glory Papaw Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Milk | 300 Milliliter | |
| Semolina | 50 Gram | |
| Gelatine | 15 Gram, powdered | |
| Sugar | 75 Gram | |
| Juice and grated rind 1 lemon | ||
| Juice and grated rind 1 orange | ||
| Papaw | 175 Gram, canned | |
| 150 ml (1/4 pint) (5/8 cup) double | ||
| Papaw | 1 (For the Decoration:) | |
| 2 limes or lemons, thinly sliced | ||
Directions
1 Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
Stir in the semolina and simmer for 5 minutes.
2 Blend together the gelatine and sugar, then stir into the hot milk and semolina mixture until it dissolves.
3 Flavour with the grated lemon and orange rind and juice.
Stir in the mashed papaw pulp and cool.
Tip: If you cannot obtain a papaw, you can use a melon instead.
