Ingredients

 Milk300 Milliliter
 Semolina50 Gram
 Gelatine15 Gram, powdered
 Sugar75 Gram
 Juice and grated rind 1 lemon
 Juice and grated rind 1 orange
 Papaw175 Gram, canned
 150 ml (1/4 pint) (5/8 cup) double
 Papaw1 (For the Decoration:)
 2 limes or lemons, thinly sliced

Directions

1 Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
Stir in the semolina and simmer for 5 minutes.
2 Blend together the gelatine and sugar, then stir into the hot milk and semolina mixture until it dissolves.
3 Flavour with the grated lemon and orange rind and juice.
Stir in the mashed papaw pulp and cool.
Tip: If you cannot obtain a papaw, you can use a melon instead.
