Sun Glory Papaw Pudding Recipe


Main Ingredient


 Milk1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter Or 1 1/4 Cups)
 Semolina2 Ounce (50 Grams Or 1/3 Cup)
 Gelatin powder1⁄2 Ounce, powdered (15 Gram Or 2 Tablespoons)
 Sugar3 Ounce (75 Grams / 1/3 Cup)
 Grated lemon rind1
 Lemon juice1
 Orange juice1
 Grated orange rind1
 Papaw pulp6 Ounce (175 Gram Or 1 Cup, Fresh Or Canned)
 Papaw1 Small
 Limes/Lemons2 , thinly sliced

1 Bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan.
Stir in the semolina and simmer for 5 minutes.
2 Blend together the gelatine and sugar, then stir into the hot milk and semolina mixture until it dissolves.
3 Flavour with the grated lemon and orange rind and juice.
Stir in the mashed papaw pulp and cool.
Tip: If you cannot obtain a papaw, you can use a melon instead.
