 Chicken - 2 cups, cut into 1/2-inch cubes and cooked
 Sun World Red, Green OR Black grapes - 1 1/2 cups, halved seedless
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Pecans - 1 cup, toasted and coarsely chopped
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Green onions1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Bread Slices - 12 OR 6 Rolls
 Lettuce Leaves - 1 head

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients together and mix it well.

SERVING
2. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves as a wholesome lunch with all you need to eat on one plate and also great for serving as a dinner.
