Sun Valley Potato Fries Recipe
These Sun Valley Potato Fries are simply irresistible ! Don't be misguided by the name that they are fried. Ingredients
2 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup HELLMANN'S® or BEST FOODS® Light Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut potatoes into 1 /4 inch sticks.
Spoon mayonnaise into large plastic food bag.
Add potatoes; shake to coat well.
Arrange in single layer in jelly-roll pan so potatoes do not touch.
If desired, sprinkle with salt to taste.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, turning once with spatula.
