Sun Dried Tomato Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| Sun-dried tomatoes | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), Sun-dried | |
| 2 anchovy fillets (in olive oil), drained and finely minced | ||
| Extra virgin olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, finley minced | |
| Shallot | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Thyme leaves | 2 1/2 Teaspoon, finley minced | |
| Basil leaves | 4 Teaspoon, finley minced | |
| Finely minced parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Large pinch of cayenne powder | ||
| Ground black pepper | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sherry vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
