Ingredients

 
2 cups buttermilk
 
4 green shallots or sealI ions, cut into 1 inch pieces
 
1/4 green pepper, seeded and cut into 3 pieces
 
1 10 ounce can condensed tomato soup
 
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 
2 or 3 drops Tabasco
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Sour cream for topping

Directions

Measure all ingredients except the sour cream into the blender container.
Cover and blend for 30 seconds.
Chill until icy cold and serve in chilled soup dishes.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon sour cream.
