 Chopped tomatoes10 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Onions5 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green peppers1/2 Cup (16 tbs), pounded
 Sweet peppers1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 White vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salt3 Teaspoon
 Red pepper flakes1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Mustard seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Chili powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large kettle; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1-3/4 hours or until mixture reaches desired thickness.
Pour hot mixture into hot jars, leaving 1/4-in headspace.
Adjust caps.
Process in a boiling-water bath for 15 minutes.
