 Lettuce - 1/2 small head, torn
 Hard-cooked eggs - 2, chopped
 English peas - 1/2 cup frozen, thawed
 Bacon - 4 slices, cooked and crumbled
 Swiss Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1/2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Hard-cooked egg slices

Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except the egg slices, and lightly toss.
2) Top each serving with the egg slices.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately.
