For mixed berry and cucumber cobbler:

Directions

Making cucumber soup
Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend them.
Transfer it into a glass.
Garnish it with red pepper, and chopped scallions. You can also add chopped avocado at the top.

Making corn salad:
Take a corn and shave all the kernels. Add the chopped scallions and red peppers.
Pour little olive oil and pinch of sea salt.
Toss it and place in a small piece of cabbage leaf.

Making mixed berry and cucumber cobbler.

Take a blender and put frozen blueberries, strawberries,and cucumbers.
Pour some caraway oil.
Blend everything.
Put in a bowl and now you can add organic blueberries, fresh strawberries and mix them well.
Add few fresh mint leaves.
Transfer the dish in a glass and add dates crumble along with cashews cream. Add few leaves of mint

So now your summer meal is ready.
