Ingredients

 1/4 portion Basic Lamb Mixture
 Pesto1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Oregano2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 1 long loaf Turkish pide
 125 g baby rocket leaves
 Avocado1 Small, sliced
 Red onion1 Small, finley sliced
 Tomato1 Medium, sliced
 PESTO CREAM
 Pesto2 Tablespoon
 Light sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water2 Teaspoon

Directions

Combine Basic Lamb Mixture in large bowl with pesto, cheese and oregano.
Shape into 4 patties; cook on heated oiled griddle (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked through.
Meanwhile, quarter pide; split pieces in half, toast both sides.
Spread pide bases with some of the Pesto Cream; top with rocket, patties, avocado, onion, tomato and more Pesto Cream before covering with pide tops.
Pesto Cream Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
