Summertime Lamb Burger Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 portion Basic Lamb Mixture | ||
| Pesto | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Oregano | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| 1 long loaf Turkish pide | ||
| 125 g baby rocket leaves | ||
| Avocado | 1 Small, sliced | |
| Red onion | 1 Small, finley sliced | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| PESTO CREAM | ||
| Pesto | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Light sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine Basic Lamb Mixture in large bowl with pesto, cheese and oregano.
Shape into 4 patties; cook on heated oiled griddle (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked through.
Meanwhile, quarter pide; split pieces in half, toast both sides.
Spread pide bases with some of the Pesto Cream; top with rocket, patties, avocado, onion, tomato and more Pesto Cream before covering with pide tops.
Pesto Cream Mix all ingredients in small bowl.
