Summertime Fried Tomatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 4 Medium, sliced | |
| Flour | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Dip tomato slices in seasoned flour.
Cook in butter over low heat until lightly browned on both sides.
Remove to heated platter.
Stir soup and milk into skillet.
Heat.
Pour sauce over tomatoes.
