| 8 purple plums, halved and pitted | ||
| 4 peaches, halved and pitted | ||
| 4 apricots, halved and pitted | ||
Directions
Combine the lemon slices, water, and granulated sugar replacement in a saucepan.
Bring to the boiling point and fold in the fruits.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until tender.
Pour into a serving dish and refrigerate.
Compote will keep for several days.
