Summertime Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frozen whipped topping | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Cooked chicken | 3 Cup (16 tbs), cut in to chunks | |
| Celery | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1 cup seedless grapes, cut into halves | ||
| Toasted almonds | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 /2 cup pimiento-stuff ed olives, sliced | ||
| Lettuce cups | ||
Directions
Mix together mayonnaise and whipped topping.
Mix together the rest of the ingredients, except lettuce cups.
Pour mayonnaise and whipped topping over chicken mixture; toss lightly but thoroughly.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve in crisp lettuce cups.
