Editors Review

When summer is in the air, what better way to enjoy your chilled beer than a plate full of fried fish. Whether you have got nice bluegills, crappies or perch, you can happily use the 'catch of the day' to make crispy, juicy fries at home. A summertime favorite of all!

Wow ! This Summer Time Fish Fry looks really really delicious ! Instead of oil, I'd like to use butter. I would also want to try out the baked version.

I love fish fry at any time of the year. I loved this recipe for fish fry, mainly coz it looks spicy and also have very good seasoning! But I would like to try the fry without the egg and corn meal wrap, i think that would taste great! :)
