Ingredients

 2 cups bancha twig tea
 Apple Juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon1
 2 or 3 sprigs fresh mint

Directions

Mix the tea and the apple juice together in a 2 quart jar or pitcher.
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze the juice into the jar, and put the whole rest of the lemon in the jar.
Crush the mint against the inside of the jar and leave the sprigs in the liquid.
Chill.
Serve cold.
