Summer Squash Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
2 yellow or green squash sliced 1 1/2"
1/2 dash tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cracker crumbs
3 t chopped onion
3 eggs, beaten
2 t. parsley flakes
1/2 cup butter or oleo, melted
Directions
Boil squash until tender.
Drain and combine all but butter and cracker crumbs.
Butter 1 quart casserole.
Mix melted butter and crumbs and sprinkle over squash.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
