| Prepared horseradish | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped mint/1 teaspoon dried mint leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |

Directions
Combine yogurt, horseradish, mint and salt in small bowl; mix well.
Pour dressing over apple mixture; toss.
Cover and chill several hours.
Serve on lettuce.
