Summer Vegetable Sizzler Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups summer squash, cut in pieces | ||
| 1 zucchini, cut in pieces | ||
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Microwave 1/4 cup oil in a 9 1/2-inch browning dish at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes.
Add squash, zucchini, and onion to the hot oil.
Mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger in a small container.
Pour mixture over vegetables.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
