Ingredients

 Middle neck of lamb 500 gm.
 Turnips115 Gram (For 4)
 Carrots225 Gram (For 4)
 New potatoes 450 gm.
 Green peas450 Gram (For 4)
 Onions115 Gram (For 4)
 Salt To Taste (For 4)
 Pepper1 (For 4)
 Mint1/2 Bunch (100gm) (For 4)

Directions

1. Wash lamb and cut into pieces.
2. Peel and slice onions.
3. Scrape and cut turnips and carrots.
4. peel potatoes, shell peas and chop mint.
5. Put the meat, onions and seasoning in a pan. Add sufficient water to cover the meat. Simmer for one hour.
6. Add vegetables potatoes and mint and cook till vegetables and meat are tender.
7. Remove from fire and serve hot.
