Summer Potato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 7 potatoes, cooked and cubed | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 cup pickle relish | ||
| French dressing | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Radishes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Carrots | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Cucumbers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 5 hard-cooked eggs, sliced | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine the onion, salt, pepper, pickle relish and French dressing with the potatoes.
Chill about 1 hour.
