 1 package lemon-flavored gelatin
 Boiling water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Cucumber1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1/4 cup green-pepper strips
 Carrot2 Tablespoon, diced
 Green onion1 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add salt, lemon juice, and vinegar.
Chill till partially set.
Stir in vegetables.
Pour into individual molds or 1-quart mold; chill till firm.
Unmold on lettuce.
