Ingredients

 Grapefruit3
 Oranges3
 Strawberries1 Pint
 1 pineapple, cut into cubes to yield 2 cups cubes
 2 peaches, cut into bite-size pieces
 Blueberries1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup seedless grapes or remove seeds, use half green and half red
 Orange rind1 Teaspoon
 Orange juice4 Tablespoon
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Orange liqueur3 Tablespoon, flavored

Directions

Mix all dressing ingredients and set aside.
Cut grapefruit and oranges in half.
Remove pulp in pieces.
Hollow out shells and set aside.
Cut pulp into bite-size segments.
In a large bowl, combine grapefruit and orange segments.
Add strawberries that have been washed, hulled, and cut in half.
Add pineapple cubes, peaches, blueberries, and grapes.
Toss well.
Top with dressing.
Toss carefully.
Cover and chill 30 minutes to 12 hours.
Serve in empty hollowed out grapefruit and orange shells. (You may substitute any fresh fruit available.)
