Summer Fruit Coolers Recipe
Ingredients
| Cantaloupe/Watermelon | 2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs), coarsely chopped (seeded, peeled) | |
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Ice | 3 |
Directions
In a blender, smoothly puree fruit; season to taste with sugar and lime juice.
Combine fruit mixture and water in a large pitcher.
If desired, pour through a strainer to eliminate pulp.
Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.
